Because of Desmond's fantastic attitude and sales abilities I Didn't need to go any further. The deal was finalized. Brian Hyneman handled the financial services. The Customer Comes First! My wife and I have been buying cars from Dayton Toyota since 1982. Over that time period we have purchased or leased nine vehicles from from four dif My wife and I have been buying cars from Dayton Toyota since 1982. Over that time period we have purchased or leased nine vehicles from from four different salesmen. All of who have been kind, courteous, and knowledgeable (some more than others). Our most recent purchase was a 2016 Prius Four Touring, which we love, and think is an outstanding vehicle. This was sold to us by Jeffrey Marcus, who was very professional, and always has the customer's best interest at heart. Even when a mistake was made in the quoted price, Jeffrey accepted full responsibility and made sure everything was right for us. I also would like to give xxxxxxto Mike Dooley, and Tom Kozak who always provide excellent, courteous and professional care and service to all customers to insure that they are completely satisfied. One of the main reasons that we have keep coming back to Dayton Toyota has mainly been the their service department. Keep up the great work! More

worst customer experience ever This dealership treated me disrespectfully. They just plain ignored me. Never answered my questions. Never got back to me. A real lack of profession This dealership treated me disrespectfully. They just plain ignored me. Never answered my questions. Never got back to me. A real lack of professionalism. I told the salesman up front that I had only a limited amount of time to spend with him. After a test drive and many insipid questions, he insisted on getting his manager so he could just say hello. I waited more than 10 minutes. I was already late for an appointment. So, I left before anyone returned. I firmly believe Dayton Toyota circulated questionable information about my visit to at least one other dealer in their network. AutoLand in Springfield treated me abruptly and didn't answer my inquiries shortly after my visit to Dayton. Beware! Bottom line, I would never buy so much as an oil filter let alone a new vehicle from Dayton Toyota. More

Consistent great experience at Dayton Toyota I worked with Barry Chaskes in Sales and Omar Garcia in Finance. Both gentlemen were completely professional and were genuinely concerned about me h I worked with Barry Chaskes in Sales and Omar Garcia in Finance. Both gentlemen were completely professional and were genuinely concerned about me having a positive experience at Dayton Toyota. They were also aware of a time constraint that I had and worked to make sure the process moved along efficiently. Barry was prepared for my visit, having done some background on my current car and its history. He presented my wife and I with several options, but followed our lead in terms of interests. He ended up making several trips out to the parking lot on a very cold night so that we could see and test drive both new and used cars on the lot. He was knowledgeable and helpful at every step of the process. Barry was helpful with the pickup of the new vehicle as well. Several times during my experience, Barry did some problem-solving to make things work and to get the resources needed. This continued after my getting the certified used car in order to work out some kinks. Every phone call that I made to Barry during this process was answered or returned promptly. I will recommend working with Barry to friends. Omar had the challenge of trying to figure out a tax issue as I live out of State, but still have property in State. He was relentless in tracking down the information through several conversations and phone calls. I appreciate that he made sure that we were doing things the right way so that there were no future issues with my purchase. I will continue to use Dayton Toyota for both sales and service. More
