"Tom Kozak (Assistant Service Manager) is the Worst!" This guy (Tom Kozak) is a disaster and bad reputation for Dayton Toyota. I am surprised how he is a Assistant Service Manager who doesn't know how to This guy (Tom Kozak) is a disaster and bad reputation for Dayton Toyota. I am surprised how he is a Assistant Service Manager who doesn't know how to respect customer or probably he is a biased towards certain people. If Dayton Toyota doesn't care about the customer, you may very well ignore my review comments. However here's what the response from Tom pissed me off. I had 8.30 am Saturday appointment, while leaving my car Toyota Camry for service, I asked him "In addition to 65000 miles regular maintenance (oil change) service, would you also be able to do Car Cleaning Service (Interior & Exterior)"? He answered, we don't normally do cleaning service on Saturday. But then I told him, "Last time I had the cleaning service for my Toyota Highlander done on Saturday, so could you do the same again?". He replied, the cleaning service is not open yet. After a while I saw the cleaning service opened, I asked Tom to check with the cleaning service to see if they can do cleaning after the service is done. After while, I saw my car was left at cleaning service for wash and returned to parking lot after sometime indicating the service and cleaning was done. Now I went to Tom, by then he handed over the payment bill for the service and cleaning. Now I paid the bill and went to check the car to see the cleaning work and I noticed the cleaning was not done well, especially under the mats, some of the dust were clearly visible and appears to be NOT vacuumed properly. So I went back to Tom and mentioned the same, but he answered irresponsibly in such a way that, there is no issue. I told him, it was done well last time, but not today, so could you let the cleaning service take care of it. He responded, next time I am not going to take any cleaning service, while he was leaving to the cleaning service to drop the car to fix it. More
