Bad ignition coil and spark plug I had my car brought in on a flatbed because I wasn't sure it would it make to Dayton Toyota without breaking down. Tom Kosick took the car in right a I had my car brought in on a flatbed because I wasn't sure it would it make to Dayton Toyota without breaking down. Tom Kosick took the car in right away and got me a loaner so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced (I could go to my volunteer job at St. Peter's Hospital) while they diagnosed and repaired my car. By the time I had returned home, he had called with the diagnosis and costs, and I gave him the go-ahead. The car was fixed within a couple of hours and I was able to bring back the loaner and get my own car back the same day. Great service and treated me with kindness and respect. More

Feels like cheated by dealer I had bought my Toyota Avelon from Dayton toyota in March,2015. To be fair, It was my worst experience I ever had. At the time of purchase I was told I had bought my Toyota Avelon from Dayton toyota in March,2015. To be fair, It was my worst experience I ever had. At the time of purchase I was told by the dealers that they were not able to find the second key so, they will delivered key to my home address. It has been almost six month and I did not received my key yet. All you get from this is miscommunication And promises they don't keep. The absolute worst car buying experience!! More

Monday, after shopping around all weekend, BRYAN FEUDALE called and said the car I inquired about was available. I explained I was interested in something different. Instead of wanting an Le corolla, I was interested in the S model. He told me the S model was available and I should stop in. I explained I was an HOUR away so I'd have to see if I could. Anyway, my husband and I took our kids out of school early. I called BRYAN FEUDALE on the way to double check that a silver Corolla S model was the car that was available. He assured me it was. Low and behold we get there, AND THEY DIDNT HAVE THAT CAR!!!!! THEY FLAT OUT LIED!!!! I'm so glad we drove an hour away and took our kids out of school for a car that didn't exist. These people are SLEAZY. STAY AWAY. WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE THERE LYING ABOUT. Anything to sell a car right? More
