The work was completed on time as prompted. On my return to pick up my car, Service rep took me to my car and explained to me additional work that may have to be done without pressuring me to have it done right away. I am extremely comfortable with the explanations and will go back to Dayton Toyota when I am ready to repair those 2 problems. More

Wonderful Experience I recently leased my second car from Dayton Toyota this past weekend. I drove up from out of state after they went through the trouble of helping me I recently leased my second car from Dayton Toyota this past weekend. I drove up from out of state after they went through the trouble of helping me make the deal over the phone. When I got there, they had the car and paperwork ready. Even when insurance started taking longer than expected, everyone was patient and was there almost 45 minutes after they closed to help me finish the deal. Everyone there was friendly and great to work with. They never pressured me into anything I didn't want and I feel that I got a great deal. Paul Cifaldi was the salesman who helped us and he took the time to set the clock in the car, as well as setting up the radio and bluetooth. The car was fully set up and ready for me by the time I drove it off the lot. I could not have had a better experience and look forward to returning to them for future cars. More

Wonderful Experience I went here on Saturday with the idea of buying a second hand car.I was assigned to Will the sales person and he took us out and showed us the various I went here on Saturday with the idea of buying a second hand car.I was assigned to Will the sales person and he took us out and showed us the various models of old and new cars and we were hooked on the SE 2014.5 and we came back to the office and he asked us what we want to do and we told him we would like to take the new car and we would to finance and he helped us out after talking to his people. I would like to mention here that i had gone to a showroom of another ( which i don't want to mention here) in 2012 to buy a car and with the same credit score and guarantor i ended up paying 7.9 % interest but with this dealer i got 0% interest and the service is great the sales people were great the finance people were great overall it was one good experience. I would like to suggest if anybody wants to buy a car this is the best place. More

Toyota very very worest service.all cheating.we took rav4 3 years back for lease it's too much price.when we were ending the lease they told some offe Toyota very very worest service.all cheating.we took rav4 3 years back for lease it's too much price.when we were ending the lease they told some offer is going u can lease again before three months u can return rav4 then we can return and we took sienna.when we r taking sienna so many times i asked we need to pay any extra mileage and missed payments and little scratches but they told nothing to need pay.and after that they sent to credit collections when we called to them dealer is diffrent toyota finance is diffrent we paid for rav 4 2300 dollars.all cheating pl don't go to toyota.we r paying 450monthly just xle.but Honda odyssey 380 for high end features.they gave the carpet and so many features is there.In my life I don't want to go to toyota any toyota all cheating.i will prefer honda are some thing else.
