Came in knowing what I wanted for a vehicle and price point. Salesman Douglas Lo and Sales Manager Mike Dooley were patient, knowledgeable and good listeners. Did not have what I wanted on the lot but point. Salesman Douglas Lo and Sales Manager Mike Dooley were patient, knowledgeable and good listeners. Did not have what I wanted on the lot but they soon found one at a local dealer. Turned in my old lease vehicle, fiinalized a deal on a new lease and left fully satified with vehicle, out of pocket cash and monthy costs. Sure I know I left a little on the table but hey they are in business to stay in business. Like them and Dayton to be there next time I need future service or a new vehicle. Bill S. More

Working with Paul Cifaldi was great. He was honest and not high pressure which is exactly what I wanted. He was thorough in explaining all options and why I might (or might not) find them useful. I would recommend Paul to friends interested in Toyota or Scion. Met with Omar Garcia in the finance dept. who was friendly and explained warranty and extended care options and was also low pressure. Overall, I was in and out with new car in less than 3 hours. More
