Even in 21st century I was appalled by the lack of transparency in pricing and not keeping logs from prior visits for the same product. In addition not empowering the sales personnel to make decision is ridiculous. It was taking 15 to 20 mins every time when the price is negotiated. In addition there was no record or printed material on the various pricing scenarios giving options for the buyer. It took me ~ 7hrs to close the deal with another 2 hrs to get the car. There must be a simple option. With the current smart phone generation the expectation will be just like buying a laptop or any other electronic gadget. A vendor who prepares himself will do the best. If the buying experience isn't improved I'll not come back when my lease will be up in 3 years and also will not recommend Dayton Toyota to my friends and family. More
I had purchased a used car a 2005 Camry from Dayton Toyota on 9/22/12 and it was perfect for me. Unfortunately, I lost the car to Sandy. I was extremely happy with the work of Paul Cifaldi then, so Toyota on 9/22/12 and it was perfect for me. Unfortunately, I lost the car to Sandy. I was extremely happy with the work of Paul Cifaldi then, so I contacted him for a replacement car. He was extremely patient during my claims process while searching for possible replacement vehicles. I was in yesterday and after numerous test drives and discussions , purchased a 2010 Camry from Paul. He worked very hard on this and got me a car that suits my needs. While it was a little more than I had hoped to spend, I believe the deal we settled upon was a great value. Paul and an associate went so far as to drive the car to my work address as I had a rental I could not return close to your dealership. While I hope I will not need another car for a few years at least, my daughter may in a year or two and I will not hesitate to bring her in to your dealership and Paul. I will also steer my associates your way if they are looking for a Toyota. More

I arrived at Dayton Toyota to service my currently leased vehicle and to discuss lease-end options, assuming that I would be buying out my current lease. Jeff was extremely helpful in walking me through different scenarios so that I could thoroughly evaluate purchasing my currently leased vehicle vs leasing a new vehicle.
