I recently purchased new tires and while they were attentive calling and sending texts regarding their service this stopped when I raised an issue. I received a text seeking feedback on service quality and I responded by advising that the rims on all 4 wheels were scratched from removal of the old tires and mounting the new tires. I included photos of this however never received an acknowledgement or response to the issue. More

They do what needs to be done I have leased the last four cars I've needed, and had them serviced at Dayton. Although I did not have an appointment, the service was quick and efficient. The results of the checkup were explained to me as were future recommendations. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Only one recommendation - because I have a bike rack on my RAV4, I couldn’t have a car wash. Would have loved at least a partial car wash. More
