Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and FIAT

Purchased a 2022 Dodge truck and paid over 80k for it and it has been in the shop for 4 weeks now. I drove it 1200 miles brand new and it will not start or run. My husband and I traded a 2021 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack in excellent condition for a 2016 GMC Sierra Black Widow truck. The 1st week we had to have the exhaust brackets welded. The 2nd week we had the truck, we had to replace the starter. The 5th week we had to replace struts, due to one going out. We have had this truck for less than a year and my husband drove it like a grandpa. It has been parked in our yard for the last 2 months because the transmission went out in it. We still owe over 30k on this truck and can't even drive it!! My husband has reached out to the dealership a few times and they haven't offered to try to make any of this right. More

Worst dealership ever! Bought a certified pre owned ram 1500, left dealership and check engine light came on. Took back within the hour for cam phaser issue. They did 14k worth of warranty work that did not fix the truck. Still having issues 14 months later and now saying no longer warranty. Dealership wants to replace complete engine and no warranty. No communication or customer service. And 6100 dollars later. And truck still not fixed. And there not not willing to comp any cost On a 4700 repair after taxes. I now have to take my vehicle somewhere else to fix it. they didn't even show a little bit of sympathy. Will be leaving a review everywhere I can. And recommending nobody go to this place for anything. There obviously out to get peoples money. And could care less about the customer. More
