MATH & RESPECT??? I was given an email quote with the exact sale cost of the ram 1500 I decided upon along with the 0% incentive deal. Just before I left for the deale I was given an email quote with the exact sale cost of the ram 1500 I decided upon along with the 0% incentive deal. Just before I left for the dealership one of the sales managers called me and told me it would be $1000.00 more! He explained the salesman made a mistake, I was willing to overlook this and drove over to Daytona from Tampa that afternoon. Upon arriving at the dealership I did not see the vehicle that I was to purchase nor was I even showed the vehicle, which over all the years of buying many cars this was an immediate red flag. The manager that looked at my trade-in took less than 2 minutes to look at my truck and offered far, far below the auction prices, which I had access to. The sales manager Jimmy came out and threw all different numbers at me "OTD" which means nothing as the taxes taken off for the trade in as well as the tag on the trade in would have greatly affected those numbers. A real manipulation of numbers! In my many past purchases, I have caught many dealers manipulating the numbers and it is the worst when you are finalizing the deal with the finance manager, so if they are changing numbers from the start then it only gets worse as you move through the process and a strong math understanding or having someone with you who has this is a must. Whereas, our salesman Kenny was great to work with and a genuine guy, Jimmy the manager was arrogant and talked down to our salesman Kenny and barking orders to him in a belittling way. Within 30 minutes from arriving at the dealership I shook Kenny's hand, thanked him then promptly left this dealership. More

Jeff Spense fixed EVERYTHING! We bought a brand-new Dodge Ram in December. We brought it in to have a hitch installed a few days later. After PATIENTLY waiting for a week no call from Vanessa. We called again and was misinformed again by Vanessa. Very upset we drove to Daytona Dodge. Spoke with Vanessa (big mistake) again.....was promised we would get a call that evening or first thing in the morning. Next day of course no call, so we drove there again and spoke to the Service Manager Jeff Spence. Immediately he sent one of his guys to pick up the bumper we were promised two weeks prior.
