Seating comfort was a major issue but we wanted a van with more advanced features to include updated engine, transmission and comfort features. Steve Zelen did an excellent job of describing & demonstrating the new van features and arriving at a selection & mutually agreeable price. He then took a lot of time to make sure we were totally comfortable with all the mechanical and electronic features we had selected. Overall a very satisfying experience. This is the third T&C Van we have purchased from Daytona Dodge and we find the service excellent. In addition to the purchase we were in need of some quick service work on our 2005 T&C so that it could be driven to Virginia the next day. Nikki Risler & the Service Mgr. Yvonne in Accessories is always pleasant and very helpful. She answers all of my questions and orders my parts quickly and accurately as well as setting me up with service to make an appointments for my installations. I have Dodge dealerships that are closer to my home, however I choose to make the trip to Daytona Dodge for the great experiences I have. The sales process is truly a NO PRESSURE process. Chuck gave us all of the information we needed to make an educated decision on what to buy. He stayed with us through the whole process of financing, detailing and accepting the vehicle. Once the vehicle was ready for us to take posession he made sure we went through all of the options and had a good understanding of the vehicle. The salesman was great sales manager on the other hand was not that great !! Bought a new 200 nice car but have had it in twice already for warranty work leather seats and window seal but over all so far was not that great !! I brought my truck in to have an electrical problem fixed. The diagnosis that they charged me $85 for was that there was something wrong in the electrical system and they would have to charge me $360 t fixed. The diagnosis that they charged me $85 for was that there was something wrong in the electrical system and they would have to charge me $360 to find the shorted wire so they could repair it. When I questioned them about it they were unable to give me a decent answer as to what was wrong. The service manager assured me that they had spent 3 hours looking for the problem. When I told her that I knew she was lying to me because we both knew when the truck had been dropped off, and I had the exact time of when she called me (1 hour and 17 minutes later), she got very defensive and said that maybe she had rounded up from over 2 hours of work. I despise being lied to, and I find it ridiculous that that was the diagnosis they charged me for. When I brought up my complaint to the manager he backed up his technician and said that they don't run a dishonest dealership, and still made me pay the fee. Stay FAR away from this dealership, take it to 5 star auto instead, they will not rip you off. More
Thanks for the quick service. Our car broke down and we showed up at about 6:30 PM. at the Daytona Dodge. Nikki Risleywas there to help us and by the early morning she called our home to let us know what showed up at about 6:30 PM. at the Daytona Dodge.
