We had to bring in our van for warranty work, and Jessup and Tracy made it such a breeze. The work took a little longer than we had originally anticipated, but Jessup kept us updated on everything going on, and Tracy made it such a breeze. The work took a little longer than we had originally anticipated, but Jessup kept us updated on everything going on, and explained everything in detail to my wife. Also, we had a loaner car with a major recall, and Tracy got us right into another one. They are both incredibly kind and patient. We will be buying 2 more vehicles from Daytona Dodge because of the full communication from Jessup. More
