Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and FIAT - Service Center

When did they to daytona dodge out of people's recommendation. They had a pretty tough problem with my truck. I own a 2016 ram 1500 It was throwing code p0 3 6 9. Its a very persistent problem. after dealing with daytona dodge for 6 weeks while they work on my truck. And picking it up 2 separate times after they told me it was fixed. No communication or customer service. And 6100 dollars later. And truck still not fixed. And there not not willing to comp any cost On a 4700 repair after taxes. I now have to take my vehicle somewhere else to fix it. they didn't even show a little bit of sympathy. Will be leaving a review everywhere I can. And recommending nobody go to this place for anything. There obviously out to get peoples money. And could care less about the customer. More

I don't usually leave unfavorable reviews, but after the experience we just had with my 20 year old sons truck at this place I wouldn't even have them do an oil change. Communication is awful and trying to talk to management is a joke. If you want your vehicle actually fixed don't bring it here. I can guarantee we won't be shopping for a vehicle either. More

Daytona dodge has absolutely no respect for their customers and their vehicles. I had to make a post on their Facebook page that got taken down to get to talk to someone. I would never recommend Daytona Dodge not even to my worst enemy. They refuse to take accountability for the mistakes they made or even acknowledge that they were responsible for not replacing parts they ripped off or repairing my vehicle completely and returning it to me unsafe.
