I brought my 2014 Dodge Challenger in to get an estimate for break replacement and to find out what a clunking noise was. They said it would take 3 hours to do a diagnosis on it. So less than two hours later they called and said the estimate was already at over 5 THOUSAND dollars and their technician didn't even take the car for a drive to hear the noise because supposedly the breaks were to unsafe to drive the car. When they brought the car out to me the person driving it, pulled the emergency brake to release it and pulled the whole casing out with it! I had to call them several times to get it fixed. They never called and when I finally just showed up to make an appointment, they had the car for 2 days and never got it done. I stopped by last night and asked them to have the car out front because I was picking it up today. When I arrived at 11:30 it was not up front, but still out back. The communication with this dealership is terrible. They charged us over 600 hundred dollars to do an evaluation which they didn't even do technically, We are still waiting on our emergency brake cable to be fixed which wont be until the new year. I highly recommend you NEVER deal with this dealership. Communication is free and respectful, yet they NEVER reached out to us to explain what was going on with our vehicle. More

Last week my wife made an appointment to use the "quick lanes" at Daytona Dodge to get an oil change for my 2018 Journey. She had a coupon and asked the lady taking the appointment if the 19.95 for an oil lanes" at Daytona Dodge to get an oil change for my 2018 Journey. She had a coupon and asked the lady taking the appointment if the 19.95 for an oil change was what she would have to pay and is the multipoint inspection free as it states on the coupon. The woman on the phone said yes to both. So I took the car down there. I got the coupon while she was setting the car up for the mechanic and asked if this 19.95 coupon is still in effect and she said, "yes it is." So I went inside while she finished setting the car up and I noticed she left the window open, normal procedure, but it was drizzly out so after about 10 minutes of my car getting wet, I asked if I could raise the window and the seat was wet and the door handle had a puddle in it and the electronics on the door were really wet, luckily I got the window closed before the downpour occurred. About 15 minutes later, they took the car back and started working on it. About ten minutes later they asked if I wanted a new air filter because mine was dirty, it wasn't bad so I said, don't worry about it, it was fine and she looked at me as if I had three heads and she cracked a joke to the mechanic that they both laughed which I didn't hear, but it was about the filter. So, about 15 minutes later, the car was done and she handed me the bill and said, "That will be $71.58. I was in shock. I asked if she remembered I had the coupon, and she said, "Yes, I applied it and the labor was only 19.95." I asked what was the cause of the high price and she replied, "The price is higher because this coupon was for a fully synthetic oil and your car takes a synthetic blend. So, I spent 50 dollars more than I was expecting and got a wet door and drivers seat. I will never go back there again for service. I can understand if the oil change was even in the 30s, but 71 dollars is incredibly high for an oil change when the coupon and the person on the phone said it was 19.95. I will be going back to Able Ford for oil changes where I know it will be around 50 without a coupon, and I don't have to make an appointment and the service lanes are covered. More
