I had an 11am service appointment, I arrived a few minutes early and my service rep was waiting, had all the paperwork done. Handed her my keys and waiting in the customer lounge. I received quick and excellent service on this visit. Don was great and made it happen for me! Jamie offered help but wanted to schedule an appointment for another time. I had a question regarding enabling the factory wired trailer connections that she could not answer and she sent me to Don. Don totally understood what I needed and was able to make it happen the same day and while I waited. The only negative thing I would mention is that I had to go to the dealership in order to find someone to talk to. Called for a couple of days without anyone willing to answer the phone. I did talk to parts on the phone...They answered and they were helpful. Once you get there the service department is great. More

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change. I get to the service area for my scheduled oil change and they directed me to go to the express oil change area, and said that I didn’t need change. I go across the way into the customer waiting area, and no one is inside. 4 techs in the bay but no one acknowledges me. I go outside, they all look at me but no acknowledgment. I ask if someone is coming to the desk area and 1 replies he stepped out and but he’ll be right back. He comes in..I inform of my appointment he says, that I needed to specify type of vehicle since it’s not a Dodge or Chrysler because they don’t have the oil filter for my Ford truck. Will have filter on Monday, and will call me. So no oil change, And it’s Tuesday and still no call.. Very poor customer service, no one approached me with names, Drive 50 miles for unsatisfied experience More
