We came down from New Jersey to Daytona Beach for vacation in our 2001 Hyundai Elantra GT. They had a vehicle in stock that we wanted, and gave us a great deal on our trade in. Thebuying process was fast, and easy. Both Raven and Carlie were knowledgeable about their products, and willing to answer a ton of difficult questions (being an automotive engineer, I had some specific questions in mind). Overall, the purchasing experience was easy and stress free, I would recommend visiting this dealer anyday. More
I was quoted a price over the phone and approved for there Hyundai financing and guaranteed for 30 days at that quote giving me the additional Hyundai one thousand dollar rebate. I then traveled 35 mile there Hyundai financing and guaranteed for 30 days at that quote giving me the additional Hyundai one thousand dollar rebate. I then traveled 35 miles and wasted 2 hours in the show room when the salesman told me they could not finance me through Hyundai because my credit score was 6 points too low, They then came back and told me I can get financed with a private lending institution raising the price of the car one thousand dollars and charging me 17 percent interest! I was lo balled and lied to and would not recommend Jon Hall to my worst enemy ! And on the upside I purchased the same exact car at Hyundai of saint Augustine, was treated great and they came through with everything they promised and more. More

I wanted a Tucson Limited - and that's what I was sold at Jon Hall Hyundai. In the past, I have encountered pushy salespeople. I can honestly say that from the minute I walked on the lot I was treated with the utmost respect by very helpful staff members. When I am comfortable with a Dealership, I always end up purchasing a vehicle. I definitely found this to be the case at Jon Hall Hyundai. It was a great buying experience - and I bought the vehicle I wanted - at the price I wanted! More
Although we brought our '08 Tucson in for service, we ended up buying a 2011 Tucson instead. This is the third car we have bought from this dealer in two years. We have bought many cars in the past, but have never dealt with a dealer quite like Jon Hall Hyundai. The entire staff from the receptionist Holly Ann, our salesman Paul Gastreich, the business manager Dana Wilson to the general manager, Jon Hall, Jr is the friendliest and most professional group of employees in the auto industry that we have dealt with. The service department and our service advisor, Doug likewise is top notch. Dana Wilson explained concisely all of the paperwork involved in the transaction and answered all our questions in detail. Paul Gastreich took a lot of time familiarizing us with all the facets of the car and made sure we understood them before we drove off the lot. We will continue to have our cars serviced at Jon Hall Hyundai and will undoubtibly buy more Hyundais there in the future. More
One of the best sales staff I've encountered in over a year of searching for a new car (including other Hyundai dealerships). They took an interest in my needs and didn't try and upsell me on many feature year of searching for a new car (including other Hyundai dealerships). Very seldom have I ever entered a business and then be treated like "family". I wanted to sell the older of my two cars as both my wife and I had just retired and the burden of two car and two insurance treated like "family". I wanted to sell the older of my two cars as both my wife and I had just retired and the burden of two car and two insurance payments posed a laerger burden on my finances than I perceived that I could handle. This idea proved to be impossible at the time and Lee and the Business Manager showed be that I could trade both vehicles toward a new one and thus reduce my auto expenditures each month. There was no pressure from anyone at the dealership, but my wife and I could see that this dealership was offering us the improvement we sought in planning our future. Is there any other dealership that would do this? Not likely! But are ever glad that we shopped Jon Hall Hyandai. More
I purchased the Hyundai Sonata Limited (new) on July 26, 2010 as a birthday present for my wife. Yes, July 26 is in fact my wife's birthday and it was surprise for her which the salesman (Jim Jones) made an 2010 as a birthday present for my wife. Yes, July 26 is in fact my wife's birthday and it was surprise for her which the salesman (Jim Jones) made an easy and pleasant experience. My wife and I have an aversion to going to car dealerships from past experiences whereupon pressure tactics were employed to get us to make a decision to purchase a vehicle right there, right now with all the tactics of "if we can put you in that car today" sales pitch. That wasn't the case with either Jim Jones (sales person) and Charlie McHale (sales manager) both of whom made this purchase experience a pleasant one. Also, I had an intent of paying cash for the vehicle thinking that this would give me purchasing leverage but McHale put together a plan for me of paying off an $11,000.00 balance on my pickup truck which I intended to keep and this idea made more sense because it eliminated a $700.00 per month truck payment that I was accustom to and allowed for a monthly payment of a lesser figure on the new car. Also, there was a high finance percentage rate that I was paying on the truck which some people had told me was a good rate back in 2006 when I bought the truck but the new Hyundai finance rate was 2.9 so I have a lesser payment and lesser interest rate. Both McHale and Jones were involved in putting this package together for me so I'll conclude by saying..............I had a great purchasing experience at Jon Hall Hyundai which is directly attributable to these two individuals.
