Roger Belue and Christine Izzarelli were Terrific Roger and I were trying to work out a deal by e-mail. He was very patient with me. He never pressured me. I declined a reasonable offer by Roger. However, after a couple of days, I decided to accept the offer. For reasons out of his control, he was not able to meet with us to finalize the deal. Christine Izzarelli filled in for him. She did a great job answering my numerous questions. She too was very patient and helpful. In addition to Rogers professionalism, the other key factor in sealing the deal was that the dealership offers military discounts on used vehicles. None of the other dealerships I contacted offer the discount on used vehicles. This meant a great deal to me. Doug Montgomery was very helpful when I asked specific questions about the vehicle's history. Lastly, the general manager, (Ed Turngren), is the most down to earth general manager I have ever met. The car I purchased had "bubbles" in the back window film she said she would "take care of". Later she actually called and paid for the repair of the rear window film as she stated.
