But the bitter truth we critics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so. But there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the *new*. The world is often unkind to new talent, new creations. The new needs friends. Today I experienced something new: an extraordinary car from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the car and its maker have challenged my preconceptions about fine car dealerships is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Hyudai famous motto , "Anyone can drive." But I realize, only now do I truly understand what they meant. Not everyone can become a great driver; but a great driver *can* come from *anywhere*. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the genius now working at Hyudai , who is, in this critic's opinion, nothing less than the finest agent in Florida. They had what i wanted!!!!!!!!! I was shopping for a used vehicle for my parents, came across an ad from Daytona hyundai, the car I was looking for and they did have it on the lot! NOT THE CASE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! I met with roger belue no pressure salesman! I test drove and purchased the vehicle! it was a fun and relaxed experience! the next day there was an issue with the vehicle, it was then I was treated even more like a VIP! they handled the issue offered a loaner, a ride, anything to continue the great experience ! I have since received the vehicle back and its awesome! I love the vehicle! and am very grateful to all the staff at Daytona Hyundai for making what could have been a very bad experience just wonderful!! thank you all! More
