Worst experience I've ever had. Sales manager that doesn't know how to work with people. Had called and scheduled an appointment to come out and see a car they were advertising. Had to wait around for another 15 minutes after the appointment time while they were "trying" to find the car. Turns out it was out on a test ride at the time of our appointment. Manager wasn't trying to fix the problem, just making excuses. More

About three weeks ago I posted a review venting how I felt after being advised that my vehicle couldn’t be completely repaired due to the “age” of the vehicle. I was contacted by the dealership to gat felt after being advised that my vehicle couldn’t be completely repaired due to the “age” of the vehicle. I was contacted by the dealership to gather more information on the issue. After explaining it; the issue was researched and further investigated. I am very pleased to update that the issue was resolved and I now can enjoy my vehicle with cruise control; and what a cruise control it is. The distance camera and speed reduction/acceleration work wonderfully! A big thanks to David for reaching out to investigate the issue and to Scottie for coordinating the Technician to complete the repair including a loaner while the repairs were completed. More

The ole bait and switch this gentleman tried to accomplish. When called out on several issues it was another story. After three days of communication over text I was basically applaud by the level accomplish. When called out on several issues it was another story. I was very clear and concise and very transparent with my wants and was basically more confused the last day of communication as I was the first.
