⭐️ One Star – BEWARE of Shady Sales Tactics! I went in for a simple oil change on my Kia Forte and got talked into “exploring options” to trade it in. A salesman (who no longer even works the I went in for a simple oil change on my Kia Forte and got talked into “exploring options” to trade it in. A salesman (who no longer even works there!) promised me there would be no negative equity and that my new payment would be $700/month after 90 days of no payments. Well, that was a complete lie. At just 45 days, my first payment was due—and it was $881, not $700! I’ve gone back to Daytona Kia four times trying to resolve this, but I’ve been given the runaround with no resolution. Turns out, the salesperson who sold me the 2025 Kia Sportage did this to multiple people and is now conveniently gone. I am now almost $20,000 upside down in this vehicle. I should have kept my Forte. BE AWARE: they are shady, dishonest, and will say anything to make a sale. They overcharge thousands above MSRP, putting you in a terrible financial position immediately. Double and triple-check your paperwork—don’t believe a word they say unless it’s in writing. I was hoping a manager would fix this, but after several visits, nothing has been done. Now I’m stuck with a car I can’t afford, thanks to their fraudulent practices. I’ll be reporting this to Kia Corporate, the BBB, and every consumer protection agency I can find. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Daytona Kia. More
