Horrible experience. Staff is very unprofessional! I traded my car in on or around 4/21/2026, and it’s almost a month later and they still have not paid off my trade-in. Staff is very unprofessional! I traded my car in on or around 4/21/2026, and it’s almost a month later and they still have not paid off my trade-in. My car note is now almost 30 days past due because of their delay. On top of that, I still have no clue who my new loan is through or when my first payment is even due. Communication has been terrible from start to finish. The vehicle I purchased has been nothing but problems. I haven’t even had it a full month and the check engine light is already on. The air does not always cut off when you turn it off which makes it a pain especially while driving. The very next day after buying it, the car had to go into the shop because it was sold to me with bad rotors and tires. I had my Charger since 2021 and never once had a check engine light or issues like this. This entire process has been stressful and exhausting, all the way down to having to submit paperwork over and over again. Worst decision ever. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
