I had an appointment for a set time they didn't take my car in until over an hour later as if I didn't have anything better to do. Then it sat there with nobody working on it, I could see it in the garage car in until over an hour later as if I didn't have anything better to do. Then it sat there with nobody working on it, I could see it in the garage with the hood up but nobody near it. Then it was time to finally get it back and it disappeared they took it in the back and washed it without my permission. It was already clean when I brought it in and after the wash it was dirtier it had watermarks and there was water on my carpet and I never approved a wash. Then they informed me that they were unable to do the recall fix as my camera system was plugged into one of the circuit breakers this after 2 hours. Doug at least said I could buy the same module and do it myself but I have to pay for the module. I got my car back and it stunk of smells for two days of whoever was sitting in it. And then I couldn't even back out because they had pulled another car behind me and I almost crashed into it trying to get out of there. More
