The service dept bent over backwards to make something right their salesmen caused!! I went in to look at a new Sorento. The only thing I ask is it had Sat XM Radio he assured me it did, so we made a deal right their salesmen caused!! I went in to look at a new Sorento. The only thing I ask is it had Sat XM Radio he assured me it did, so we made a deal and in the process this sales person takes my old license plate from my old car and puts it on my new car with bolts that didn’t fit half the bolt was sticking out of the hole and the plate was loose. When I tried to change it out the hole was stripped so I had to take it back to service to have them figure this out. Not only did the sales person lie to me about having Sat radio to sell a car, he messed up the bolt hole for the license plate so I had to go back to service to get it fixed!!!! The service dept is great. The sales dept a lot to be desired!!!! More

During a recent mailer campaign, I had apparently won a tv. Went to dealer and showed them the paperwork. Was informed that I had won a $5 gift card, despite the paperwork showing a tv. The rep stated that the small print said my prize was only reserved for me. I again showed him the paperwork, and was told to “Have a nice day” and he walked away. The salesman that escorted me in stated that this happens a lot, and people have even thrown things at him. He stated that he didn’t know how he was supposed to sell cars when the dealership “pissed off” the customers. This dealer is deceptive, misleading and fraudulent at best. STAY AWAY!!! More
