I’m not used to not talking to a mechanic or service manager. The service guy was nice. He couldn’t really sell me on the services he was recommending because he really didn’t know if I needed those ser manager. The service guy was nice. I recommend a mechanic or service manager to come and speak to the car owner so we can get a better understanding of what our cars really need and not something the dealership is trying to sell or force us to buy. The dealership was very charming during the sale/lease, but when we came back to pick up our check that we were told would be ready on Friday the 13th. We were told that the check had been cut but not sign but when we came back to pick up our check that we were told would be ready on Friday the 13th. Then after waiting for a response we were told that the check could not be signed because Kia had not funded it for signature. We followed up with Kia and were told that we were not in the system because the sale had not been entered yet. Typical Florida! You hardly ever live by your word to fulfill your promises. More
