Horrible communication, did not offer much information or offer a rental care even though our car was in the shop for over 2 months, when we finally begged for one we were given a tiny car that did not compa offer a rental care even though our car was in the shop for over 2 months, when we finally begged for one we were given a tiny car that did not compare to the car in the shop. We were not made aware that our service tech no longer worked there so as we would call for updates we were bounced around to several people to be given different information by everyone. More
