Disappointed I brought my car in for the first oil change. While I was there, I wanted to have a technician look into a slight rattling in the headboard between t I brought my car in for the first oil change. While I was there, I wanted to have a technician look into a slight rattling in the headboard between the sunroof and dome light. When I returned to pick up my car, there were lots of smudge marks all around the dome light. The interior of the car is a really light grey. I was disappointed that more care was not taken to keep this from happening. I informed my service rep who then took it back to have it cleaned up. Unfortunately, they fixed the original issue but now the dome light vibrates making the noise worse than it was before. I regret having the initial rattling noise looked into. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I traded in my vehicle in August, didn’t even get my final finance company until over a month later. I had to sign paperwork three different times! I was told that I had GAP and a three year extended warranty on my vehicle, only to find out today when I go to get my broken window fixed that my warranty was canceled during signing and I was NEVER TOLD. Each time I went to sign David told me everything was the SAME except the finance company, so I was under the impression I still had my three year warranty and GAP, as anyone would assume. As I went to use that warranty to get my window fixed, I find out I will have to pay almost 400 hundred dollars! I can not afford repairs like this, hence the reason I got the extended warranty...so I thought! Very upset, waiting for David to contact me on this matter. More

I got almost everythinging I wanted! I hadn't planned on buying from Daytona Kia but they were the only ones in the state that had the model and spec I wanted! I ended up with the car I wanted, the price (after trade) I wanted and the loan % I wanted. I did end up with a shorter term than I was looking for, but I was good with that! I talked to Deanna on the phone and did my haggling with Devin after workng with one of their newest salesman (who was the best to work with!). If you are looking for a KIA, make the drive to Daytona you won't be sorry! More
