They scammed me. I received notice that I’d won $15,000 on a tic tac toe flyer I received in the mail. When I called the number in the notice, a recording told me tha I received notice that I’d won $15,000 on a tic tac toe flyer I received in the mail. When I called the number in the notice, a recording told me that my prize was waiting for me and that I just needed to come in and get it. I subsequently tried to call the dealer directly but there was a short recording that cut off after a few seconds. I was skeptical but I read the fine print several times and it said nothing about what he told me when I got there. I drove there from Sanford and when I arrived the guy told me that a tiny code # that was in the notice had to match a number on a board. Then he wanted me to give him my tic tac toe winning card in exchange for a $1 scratch-off! I refused and left. Horrible!! More
