I received a voicemail from the service dept manager and called him back. Was apologized to and we discussed the situation. I was guaranteed that the problem/situation will never happen again and that the service person understands what she did wrong and corrections have been put in place. We spoke for over 1/2 hour I appreciated the time and the apologies that I received. I will return to the dealership for service in the future. I appreciate that Daytona KIA has rectified the issue. I do believe that working with the public can be difficult and I look forward to working with Daytona KIA again. If I could change the rating that I previously gave, it would be five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They care about their customers
