Went in with a new car, got an engine coolant flush. Came out after 2.5hrs to my “finished car” with the oil stained bags half on my seat and half off. Thankfully I rubbed the majority off the seat that Came out after 2.5hrs to my “finished car” with the oil stained bags half on my seat and half off. Thankfully I rubbed the majority off the seat that wasn’t covered anymore. Get home to check my coolant that they flushed, and they left the coolant cap undone. So much for flushing of debris! Thankfully it was caught or car could have overheated. Hopefully no further issues for such a simple job. More
Probably the worst service center I've visited in 20 years of any automaker. Inconsistent communication between service manager failed to keep my wife updated on the actual status of service on our vehicle. Nav/infotainment update never performed despite it listed as a customer complaint on the service order paperwork or whatever it's called. At least the lumbar support was fixed, so the technicians did their job. For as much money as the Hyundai/Kia group has made in the last 5 years, you would think some of that money would go to at least making the service center areas look respectable. I will actively avoid to return to this dealership/service center in the future! More
