I own three Kia vehicles. I've been very pleased with the quality, timeliness and consistency of the maintenance we've had done, to date. I'm not thrilled with the attempt to slide unnecessary fuel and oil additives on my bill, each time I'm there. Changes need to be made regarding this issue. If I see these items, being slipped into my bill on future visits, I'm not going to be so pleasant about it. Buyer beware of this issue at the service department. More
