Phenomenal. Absolutely positive experience Chris Bice will take care of you. Every detail. I have purchased two cars from him and he has not missed a beat. There where times (due to my fault) Chris Bice will take care of you. Every detail. I have purchased two cars from him and he has not missed a beat. There where times (due to my fault) that Chris could have taken advantage of the situation and made more money off of me and he would have been correct but he did not. I will buy my cars from Chris as long as he is selling them. I told him that if he starts selling 76 Gremlins I will be buying one from him. I am a beyond very happy cust. While I am not completely insane I am aware that Mazda made money from the car I purchased. The thing is that I (being the cust) walk away feeling good about the encounter and Mazda continues to take care of me (as Chris always has) after the deal then it does nothing but benefits the car dealership. While I do not know the rest of the sales staff at this dealership I can say that if Chris is involved with the deal then you can relax a little. More
