Great vehicles and a fun atmosphere! The idea of car buying seemed nerve-wracking but the friendly staff of Daytona Mazda treated me like family! When I drove onto the lot and met Brian Ford (yes, that's his real name) we instantly clicked. He showed me the car I was interested in and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. His honesty coupled with the quality of the 2016 CX 5 reeled me in to sign the papers. The sales manager, Rob, really went above and beyond so that I could be behind the wheel of my new car, he offered me an amazing deal on my trade and Bernard in finance insisted on going the extra mile to get me at the monthly payment I wanted with added incentives. Leah, the secretary, is much more than just her job title, she was truly amazing and kept everything moving along smoothly. Then there was Dick, a car salesman/stand-up comedian (who probably wears many other hats) that had me nearly rolling around on the dealership floor. When we finished dotting the i's and crossing the t's I was almost sad that it was time to leave but when I drove away I had peace of mind knowing I made the right decision by purchasing my new vehicle at Daytona Mazda. If you're out car shopping there is only one place to go -- zoom zoom! More
Sneaky Just found out that the vehicle we traded was paid up until 3/24/16. We were told we had 3 payments left totaling $1050 when in fact there were only 2 Just found out that the vehicle we traded was paid up until 3/24/16. We were told we had 3 payments left totaling $1050 when in fact there were only 2 payments left totaling $700. I thought there were some 'things' going on in the process but I didn't listen to my gut and I didn't check my records until I received this months invoice for the trade-in . Not very happy with the way this was handled and will be reflected in my comments to family and friends. More

He gave me a fair deal for my cash offer for a 2016 Mazda3 I Sport sedan. Once everything was completed over the phone, I made my appointment to go pick up my new car. Chris had all of the paperwork ready and waiting for me when I arrive. It took a bit longer to get in and out but to zero fault of the staff, as it suddenly got busy with a flood of people. I was in no hurry. Chris was very attentive and helpful and although I had already test driven one in Brevard, he insisted I take another just to make sure the car was up to satisfaction and there were no second thoughts. Once the paperwork was completed, I went to see George. That one is a character. He is very professionally humorous and explains everything very well. After I was finished with George, I went to go get in my new baby. Chris made sure that my Bluetooth connected to my phone before we left, thank goodness because I probably would not have figured it out. I am very happy with my experience with Daytona Mazda and will return again if I ever need another Mazda and surely will refer others to Daytona Mazda. My baby is now 1 week old.
