After doing a great deal of research with Consumer Reports and on line, we knew what we wanted when we walked on to the lot, but we all appreciated Ms. Morian's "no pressure" approach to selling. She accommodated all of our requests and made it possible for us to drive our new car home the same day with no hassles. My parents are in their 80's and everyone at Daytona Mazda seemed to understand that they required a bit of TLC and patience. After we made our purchase, my parents commented that this was one of the best experiences they have had buying a new car, and they have bought many cars over the years. Brittany also offered to return our rental car for us, and when my Dad forgot to take his house key off the key chain, she personally took the time to drive the key to our home that evening. I would call that going the extra mile and we feel that she is not just a sales person, but our friend. The Mazda 6 Sport was a good choice for us and we feel confident that Daytona Mazda and Brittany Morian will take good care of us in years to come! More

Chris Bice was helpful and honest and made what could be a stressful experience pleasant. I was also helped by a new sales consultant, who was great. I am sorry I do not remember his name but he will likely become an important part of the sales team. The receptionist also contributed greatly to a friendly and efficient atmosphere. I have always been a Mazda owner and my wife and our son went to Daytona Mazda to look. She spoke with Chris Bice and he was extremely helpful. He followed up with a phone call and we went down to see him. He had the exact car my wife wanted ( color, interior, etc.) waiting out front for when we got there. We took it for a test drive and loved it. Chris explained every feature about the car inside and out. When we got back to dealership we were all on board and Chris Bice got us a great deal. Everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back and recommend Daytona Mazda and Chris Bice to our family and friends. More
