He did not stress or hassle us and worked with us to get the best price even though I didn't have a trade-in (as was intended by the original posted deal for this vehicle). Dan also has immaculate handwriting which helps when you're doing something as serious as buying a car! While we were doing paperwork, the entire staff was friendly and helpful - considering our 2 year old was running around and leaving faceprints on their nice glass walls! There was a young woman named Ashley who helped tremendously while we had confusion about plate-swapping; and our finance wizard Luis Pena was great.
