Great service department. Was able to make all the repairs my vehicle needed and also was able to contact the warranty company to make sure they were covered. When my vehicle was finished my service advisor was MIA..another employee was texting her to tell her I was waiting..he told me she was in the restroom..I waited..no show. The experience as to the work on my car was fine. However when I checked out I was charged for the routine oil change service and don't believe I should have been. At the time I didn't say anything However when I checked out I was charged for the routine oil change service and don't believe I should have been. At the time I didn't say anything but when I got home located the paperwork from when I bought the car and a $500.00 maintenance plan that should have covered this service - 3 years, 30,000 miles. My car is still under 3 years by a few weeks and the mileage is just over 24,000. Twice I have left messages for Alina to ask about this and have yet to get a return call. This of course does not please me. I would have no problem recommended this service center as to the work, the staff I'm not so sure about at this point. More
