Brought my 2018 Nissan Frontier in to have my drive belt checked due to squealing. They tested the pulleys and realized the noise was coming from the water pump which had to ordered and overnighted. Hans Bo checked due to squealing. They tested the pulleys and realized the noise was coming from the water pump which had to ordered and overnighted. Hans Bolding, Service adviser, set me up with a loaner with a free full tank on gas. Got a call the next morning that my truck was ready. Got my truck and went to work with no squealing belt. We purchased a Nissan Rogue 2020 about a month ago. Found a very small issue in the car and call Nissan for help . We got right away appointment in a very friendly art. Only problem I have was paper work was n was not handled to well. When went to get my first oil change was told I didn't have an agreement for service. Luck I knew Stacie who works there.
