Billy just sold us a 2023 Nissan Armada. We had no intentions on purchasing today, however Billy and the finance team created a seamless process and a deal we felt great with. I tried to make a reasonable offer on a 2021 vehicle that had over 18,000 miles on it for it's age. Things with the sale were going well until Trey the (Internet Sales Manager) got involved. The price a that had over 18,000 miles on it for it's age. Things with the sale were going well until Trey the (Internet Sales Manager) got involved. The price advertised was 23,444 on line, on the car windshield it was 29,999, and then they said it was 23,569. Trey said because he paid (personally) 25,000 for the car, he could not except my offer of 23,000. The car brand new sold for 30,333. They are trying to get almost that for a two year old car with over 42,000. I showed them a car similar minus about 400.00 in options, out the door 22,430. A dealer ship in their own network sold a 20 Dodge Challenger with 32,000 miles on it, for around 22,000. While trying to speak logically with Trey ,he got upset and told me that I was demanding a better price and threatened to hang up on me. This goes against what this dealership states, which is it's not about the cars it's about the people. Not in this case it seems. I offered 23,000 out the door which is a good price for a vehicle listed as a prior rental. I hope someone finds this review useful when deciding to buy a car from this dealership. More
Hold on to your wallet and do not trust anything Nissan tells you. Replaced my battery from Nisaan 14 months ago with 7-year warrantied battery that they advised me to buy. I as an idiot trusted them thoug tells you. Replaced my battery from Nisaan 14 months ago with 7-year warrantied battery that they advised me to buy. I as an idiot trusted them though I could get similar but much cheaper deal from Sam’s club. The battery died twice on me in the last 2 months and required road side assistance. I took it Daytona Nissan today. Started by saying with them saying that I unless have the physical paperwork on me they will not honor the warranty, even though they have the paperwork on their system. I had to get the original Nissan place that replaced my battery to email them the work. Knew at that point this is not going to be a pleasant experience. After that they tried charging the battery and claimed that its amperage was 567 which is barely above 550 to replace it. Mind you the range for the amp should be between550 and 1000. So they refused to replace the battery. Horrible place with charlatans running it. Will never buy another Nissan again. never trust them. Warranty means nothing to them. More
Service conducted a repair that was quicker (and cheaper? ?) than expected. We've had a sentra for 11 years now and while we've gone to different places to do basic matinence, certain things you have to go to ?) than expected.
