Took car in for normal check. Our first time there. Everyone at the Counter was very helpful and friendly. John was especially nice. We waited for the car, it didn’t take long. Always something with this dealership. Purchased a highlander and it was given to us dirty and an empty fuel tank. Had to bring it back to get detailed. Told it was going to be an hour. Purchased a highlander and it was given to us dirty and an empty fuel tank. Had to bring it back to get detailed. Told it was going to be an hour....four hours later it was ready and my day was shot. Never offered a loaner. Then I had to go meet an employee at a gas station down the road to fill the tank. Had the vehicle a few weeks and noticed a leak in the sunroof and back hatch. Brought it back in, guess what they could not duplicate it. When we went to pick up the vehicle there was a large scratch on the fender and several other chips in the paint. Had to bring the vehicle baaaaack in to be repainted and the ceramic coating put back on. New to this dealership but seems like a clown show so far. More
