My vehicle needed a lot of work and I was obligated to return to Ohio for a month. The work was done in time for me and the car returned to its prime. I especially thank Crystal Jansma who held my hand return to Ohio for a month. The work was done in time for me and the car returned to its prime. I especially thank Crystal Jansma who held my hand during the long and stressful process. The ladies that worked at the Daytona location were terrific, much better than expected. But Crystal works off site in another Staye. And she was VERY helpful. She even referred to individuals at Daytona Toyota by name and gave me some of their background. Amazing More

I was so appreciative of the fast service and compassion I got from all the employees during an emergency service problem I had with my battery. I was impressed with how flawlessly my service appointment proceeded! I arrived 1/2 hour early and Angel wrote me up and put the car in the service sequence stating the service would take approxim appointment proceeded!
