"Poor time management"

I had an 8:00 am appointment for my first six months checkup. I was advised that it would take up to 45 min to perform the service. An hour has past and still no car. After the 90 minutes mark, I finally went to the supervisor inquiring about my car. He informed me that that they were backed up and it should be ready soon. If the service dept opened at 7 am and I arrived at 8 am, how in the world could they be backed up. I was advised the service center had an excellent reputation of providing great service. With this visit, they failed and failed miserably. The waiting room looked like the CA DMV waiting room. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of service. I wrote the review here because I never received a survey form regarding this visit.

"Turned in my 2014 Corolla for the 2016 Corolla"

I decided it was time to turn in my 2014 after some advice from friends. I walked out yesterday with a beautiful 2016 grey/blue Corolla. It was the only car I test drove that yesterday -as I knew it was the one I wanted. Kenny and Danny made the process quick and easy. It was a great experience as they even knew I would pick that car - so when you go in ask for Danny or Kenny - they are very knowledgeable and really work with you! I highly recommend Toyota to anyone!

Chuck is a sweet guy. He pulls no punches and gives u exactly what u R looking for. U should be glad he works there . I am 68 years of age and u learn a lot about people. He looks me in the eyes, that's how I know he's telling me the truth.

"Damien was AWESOME!"

I did not plan to buy a car today, only to get my oil changed. Met Damien and felt totally comfortable with the whole process! Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! No bait and switch, I told him the terms I wanted in order to trade in my beloved 2014 Camry, and he made it happen! I absolutely LOVE my brand new C-HR! Couldn’t be happier. Damien is not the typical high-pressure salesman who promises the moin and can’t deliver.! Thank you, Damien!

I’ve been dealing with Toyota for many years now and every experience has been amazing. Buying my 2018 RAV4 was very quick and easy with no issues. Damien and the rest of the staff who helped make this happen followed all my guidelines and went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking to buy a new car or trade yours in to look at the new model of the RAV4 and ask for Damien.

"They fixed my car"

I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla IM July 14, 2017 from Daytona Toyota ,it's rated 28 city-36 hwy- 31 combined the best I got so far is 23.5 mpg . I took it in and Aaron (head mechanic) hooked it up to his laptop and the gas mileage improved immediately . Today I took it in for the full gas mileage test and after 74 miles of driving , the cars computer, Aarons laptop, and filling it up at the same gas pump and doing our own math all 3 matched at 40 mpg. I'm a very happy customer, now, and Aaron was great!!!
