Angel was very professional and efficient. The check in process was great and my car went directly back to the shop. I ubered home because I thought it would be 5 hours before it was finishe The check in process was great and my car went directly back to the shop. I dropped off at 9:30 and it was completed by 11:30. I was charged for 5 hours. I do realize two techs were working at the same time on different things, but the most I think I should have been charged for was 4 hours. More

There is always up sale. Then i take care to a different mechanic and they say there is no problem there. Its not the first time either. My service there was amazing. They worked to find me the best deal and kept great communication with me and even showed me pictures as to what was happening the whole time.
