Got my Toyota Prius C serviced here for the 1st time. Came in with an appointment. Service folks very friendly and attentive. Appears to be efficient. If you have a warranty and you don't remember they will not tell you and will charge you full price. Also the first service they balanced my tires wrong which cause a vibration in the front. This caused my not tell you and will charge you full price. Also the first service they balanced my tires wrong which cause a vibration in the front. This caused my front end to need an alignment. Tech stated that tires were previously balanced wrong. I also recieved several notifications that I was past due and that I would void my warranty which was also not the case. I was very disappointed in the ethics of this location More

Amazingly friendly! It was a difficult start to my day but the Toyota service department made it so much better. I had 2 sick children with me and they were so understand It was a difficult start to my day but the Toyota service department made it so much better. I had 2 sick children with me and they were so understanding and made sure we were comfortable and had snacks! Thanks Toyota!! My vehicle cost a lot to get repaired but the pain was lessened because of the great service and concern they showed. More
