For two days, I dealt with them, and there's no way to get those 5 hours back. The owner and Sales will have no clue if you are there after 6pm. They said they could get me into a car. Mark Cohen kept telling me he was going to call back, but never did. This place is the type of an used car dealer that everyone warns you about. I finally gave up on them and I went to a Ford dealer. 4 hours later, I was driving off in a vehicle that I wanted. I will tell everyone not to bother with this place. More

Mr. Cohen as well as the staff at DeFelice made this a very smooth transaction and genuinely care about their customers. My prior experiences with other auto dealers is once you buy the car and drive off the lot they want nothing to do with you. This is quite the opposite with DeFelice. Both of my daughters have also purchased autos from DeFelice and are very happy with their transactions as well. High pressure sales The sales personnel are very high pressure. i went in to look at 3 cars there i found online, and all the salesmen did was show me things out of my pr The sales personnel are very high pressure. i went in to look at 3 cars there i found online, and all the salesmen did was show me things out of my price range and it seemed to be every car but the ones i came to see. the price they listed on a car i was interested in was 6 thousand above blue book value and they haggled down from there. i was often interrupted when speaking and my overall experience was a nightmare. there service hours are mon-friday 730 to 5. and you need to schedule over a week in advance. doesn't really work out if you work a normal schedule job. am i supposed to take a day off of work every time i need service? there are a lot of other dealers around and i strongly suggest checking them out BEFORE you bother with them. I did all my research and was ready to discuss the sale price of the car, The very first offer I received I accepted. I couldn't believe the deal I was offered. Beside the great price, I also was offered a free 30 day warranty on the car (no used car lots I visited offered a free warranty). DeFelice has a full time finance person, so financing and paperwork was a breeze. I was out the door in my new car in less than an hour. After a few days I noticed the parking brake wasn't grabbing. I called the service department (yes, they have a full service auto shop) and the manager told me to bring it in at 10:30 AM the next morning. I did, and before I could get a cup of coffee, the problem was fixed...NO CHARGE! The car is great and feels just like a Mercedes, which it is! I wouldn't buy a used car anywhere else...great price, great service...not your "usual used car lot" by any means! More

During the conversation salesman attempted to be condescending and try to outdo any fact that I knew or insult any other car that we looked at elsewhere. I think if He put his ego in check and didn't try to butt heads w me and have a pissing contest he may have sold a car. Every other dealership we visited was a positive and pleasant experience, not here. More
