I realized afterward I was home that DeLacy not only had removed the factory floor mats but also had removed the rear wheel well liners! ( not the front ones). You could tell because it had been undercoated removed the factory floor mats but also had removed the rear wheel well liners! ( not the front ones). You could tell because it had been undercoated but no undercoating was where the liner would have shielded the wheel well area. Just a really petty and shifty behavior. More

When we got to the dealership we were meet by Ken a salesman who inquired if he could help us. He sure did help ,we now own a new Explorer. Vehicle was as advertised except for a couple features that salesman later said were not on that model. Finance person was way too hard sell on extended warranty. Not a good testimony for Ford product tha that salesman later said were not on that model. Finance person was way too hard sell on extended warranty. Not a good testimony for Ford product that he’s saying it is going to have a costly failure in just 24,000 miles beyond the factory warranty. Once I reevaluated at home then he stalled on cancelling and reimbursing me. More
