We drove from Cocoa Beach to Deland specifically due to the high customer ratings at the Deland dealership. The sales representative we dealt with is not listed below - Eli Von Debaron. Eli was very know the high customer ratings at the Deland dealership. The sales representative we dealt with is not listed below - Eli Von Debaron. Eli was very knowledgeable about Jeeps in general and the Wrangler in particular. Computer glitches caused a problem with the licensing and registration which dragged out the entire process for a couple of hours. Rather than having us cool our heels in the showroom, Austin and Eli sent us downtown and picked up the tab for our lunch - a small thing but much appreciated. Have since called twice with questions and received good timely responses both times. Would recommend this dealership to friends & family. My one negative is that the base price on the vehicle I was interested in was higher than the advertised price on your webpage. We were told that the web page price assumed incentives (military, first responder, etc) for which we did not qualify. Sorry, but if you advertise a price you should honor that price, not come up with new rules after the customer shows up in the showroom. That being said, we are happy with the car. More
