My salesman Sam was outstanding. He stayed in contact with, even checked to see how my knee replacement went. The back office is where you lose points. The manager who worked out the deal never told me his name nor did he shake my hand. The paperwork gentlemen was working solo. And was instructed to do paperwork on a finished deal, and I was expected to wait , as if my time had no value. Again due to Sam's outreach and salesmanship I did not cancel the deal. But I was ready to leave in my vehicle. It would be nice if the dealership had more than water to offer customers spending thousands of dollars. More
