New car, new experience, new level of hospitality We went to the the dealership to look at a 2018 renegade specifically with intentions of buying considering our current car barely made it to the deal We went to the the dealership to look at a 2018 renegade specifically with intentions of buying considering our current car barely made it to the dealer. Upon arrival we parked and freely roamed the lot without any pressure from salesmen. Once heading inside Mark greeted us and was fantastic from the start. He pulled out an identically equipped vehicle for us to test drive considering the one we were looking at was quite boxed in. Mark let us take the car out as much as we please and even let us take it out to lunch for the afternoon. Negotiations were smooth and very professional. Not your typical car salesman. Eventually a very good deal for us was reached with us getting the vehicle desired, free remote start upgrade, free gift shop items, and a good rate on an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Overall we had a great experience thanks to Mark in particular and went home happy new owners of a great renegade. More

Awesome Experience - Mark Grant I have been searching for a car for over 6 months. I went to an excessive amount of dealerships in Volusia County and had been very discouraged. My son came home this past weekend from college and needed his oil changed. We decided to go to Hurley's and while we were waiting for his car to be finished, we walked around the lot. I found some interesting vehicles and waited to speak to a salesman which to be honest I was not looking forward to. A salesman walked over, introduced himself (Mark Grant) and we went to look at a 2018 white Dodge Charger. He was very professional and kind. He answered our questions with detail. He was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure from him and I have to say that after meeting with him and talking with him about vehicles, I felt safe. Safe that he was going to be honest with us, safe that he was going to protect our investment, safe that he was going to fight for the best price! Needless to say, this 2018 Dodge Charger is the 14th car we have purchased and I can honestly say that I have never had an experience like this one. I have never written a review for any of the sales people over the years UNTIL now! I will always buy my future cars from Hurley and only buy them from the best ... Mark Grant!! More
