Changed my outlook on buying a car. I had been looking to buy a Hyundai Sonata and found one online at Hurley. My wife and I dropped in to look at it when we only had a few minutes. I I had been looking to buy a Hyundai Sonata and found one online at Hurley. My wife and I dropped in to look at it when we only had a few minutes. I dreaded going to a lot and dealing with sales people. We were greeted pretty quickly by a young guy, Wade Joseph. We told him that we were there to look at the vehicle. He brought it around for us to look at. We didn't have time to test drive but told Wade and his manager we'd be back by the next day. Much to my surprise, there was no pitch, no pressure. He just handed me his business card and had a few more seconds of friendly banter about our kids. I was prepared to drive an hour away the next day to look at a hybrid model of the same car at a different dealership. However, the fact that I felt so comfortable with Wade's approach made me want to go back. So that's just what we did. When we went back, we bought the vehicle from Wade. He, his manager and the finance rep made the process very easy. We got a fair deal on a vehicle with no stress. They even gave us a cruise and free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I'd give Wade and the dealership 6 stars if I could. I was so impressed with Wade, I will definitely be back to buy from him again, and I look forward to it. This is a big reversal from the dread I felt in dealing with the normally frustration filled process of buying a vehicle from a dealership. Thank you Wade! More
