We needed guidance and Foster (our vehicle delivery rep) was GREAT. He explained the vehicle and options, was patient and very knowledgeable. He talked to both me and my husband - not just hubby. Acknowledged my questions and took time to answer me. You don't find many salesman that will take time with women. My husband also appreciated his knowledge and thorough explanations. My husband has dealt with the service department with our prior pick up and is very happy with the personal service John has offered. More

Advertised a new Grand Caravan for $19,890 and then jacked up the price by several thousand once we had time invested Typical bait and switch tactics. Our advertised price included incentives you don't qualify for. Of course there is no detail on what these unknown incentives might be, and they were not even mentioned in the Auto Trader listing. I wouldn't trust them or do business with them under any circumstance. It's shocking that a car dealer in this day and age doesn't realize that honest consumers like us can simply tell the world about their shenanigans via online ratings. Please avoid this dealer when buying a new car. More
