Paper Work for Mobility rebate I went in to get paperwork for a rebate for a mobility seat for my mom I had installed in her Ram1500. He was very helpful in the paperwork along with making the copies I needed to go into the packet to send to the mobility rebate company. While I was there he took the time to look for the paperwork and I had to return the next day for service so he completed paperwork after I left and when I returned he was in the process of completing the paperwork. While I was waiting for the truck to be serviced I was speaking with Foster about my truck in just general. He then went so far as to look up various things I was questioning him about. He printed out showing me things so I would have knowledge for my specific make and engine and model. He went so far as to explain each thing what it was meant to do and went into details. My wife and I were very close to closing the deal, but ultimately we decided not to get it and hold out for about another year for personal reasons. This is the first time we pursued a vehicle we had not purchased. In no way did Foster give us (my wife and I) a hard time or pressure us into purchasing, even when we were able to hold onto a vehicle overnight. When we returned the vehicle, Foster even greeted us outside and just listened to us without ever trying to pressure us... what a relief that was as people may not ultimate buy a vehicle they are initially interested in after a test drive. Obviously he addressed our concerns, but we made our decision. My wife and I had owned a similarly configured truck in the past and we actually planned on purchasing the truck we took home... turned out after I convinced her to test drive (my wife hates dealing with car dealerships) she realized it was not similar to the previous truck we owned (going from a 2500 to 3500 commercial) and decided to wait to spend a little more money on a non-commercial version later, which was outside our budget at the time. I've purchased multiple vehicle from this dealership and Foster is the guy to talk to if you are considering a truck. He's responsive to text/calls and professional. He's willing to haggle/vouch for you with the finance guys (Tolga is your best guy to go through IMO) and he's been with the dealership for a while, which should work for you in terms of getting a reasonable/descent deal without having to haggle as much. My dealership rating is 4 out of 5 stars... not sure why when I submit the review it show up as 3.5 stars... More
