We drove nearly an hour to come in and immediately we were greeted by Gina Priest. We knew exactly what we were looking for and she was very knowledgeable about the 2009 Journey. Although they couldn't get us into that particular vehicle, they did get us into one that was identical, but brand new. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything at all. Instead they made us feel at home and free to browse or test drive any vehicle on the lot. I have to say that given our credit, it took quite a bit of negotiating to get us into the car we wanted but the staff was meticulous and determined in their negotiations. I truly believe that any other car lot would not have gone so far above and beyond to help us replace our old battered Lincoln. These guys were amazing. In the end, we walked out with a much smaller down then we originally agreed to as well! More
